It's located in the historic Bloomingdale neighborhood, known for its Victorian homes and tree-lined streets that reflect the area’s long architectural history. The location is just south of Howard University and within walking distance of the Shaw–Howard University station on the Green and Yellow lines, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also a young and dynamic neighborhood, with plenty of nearby bars, cafs, and clubs that bring energy to the area! It still maintains a calm and residential vibe on its tree-lined streets. This home style is industrial and very contemporary, with corrugated galvanized metal walls that give it an urban feel, softened by warm light, and organic splashes of red and blue paint that add an artistic, abstract touch to break up the strict geometry. The common spaces are large and inviting: big open areas on the first floor designed to bring people together, a very cosy living room with a TV, and a large table for hosting dinners and gatherings.
